DOMINICA

The FRS Express international route serves the following destinations:
Guadeloupe – Dominica – Martinique – Saint Lucia

Schedules may vary from 3 to 7 round trips per week depending on the season:

• 3 round trips per week during technical maintenance periods (June, September and January)
• 5 round trips per week under normal operations
• 7 round trips per week during school holidays

Entry requirements for Dominica

• A valid French national identity card is accepted for a stay shorter than 14 days.
• A valid passport is mandatory for other nationalities (visa may be required depending on nationality).
• Unaccompanied minors are not allowed on board on departures and arrivals to Dominica.
• A valid return ticket is mandatory.
• A local address is required.
• The online immigration form must be completed within the 3 days prior to departure.

Applicable departure taxes

• Adults : approximately EC$89 (~€32) per person to leave Dominica (departure tax, payable on site).
• Children under 12 years old : generally exempt from this tax.

Practical information & check-in

• Check-in opening : 1h30 before departure in Guadeloupe and Martinique (2h00 in Dominica and Saint Lucia).
• Check-in access closing : 30 minutes before departure in Guadeloupe and Martinique (45 minutes in Dominica and Saint Lucia).
• Check-in closing : 15 minutes before departure in Guadeloupe and Martinique (30 minutes in Dominica and Saint Lucia).
• Please prepare your travel documents before arriving at the counter.

Baggage

• 1 checked bag up to 25 kg maximum per passenger. The sum of the dimensions (Length + Width + Height) must not exceed 250 cm.
• 1 cabin bag up to 10 kg maximum allowed. The sum of the dimensions (Length + Width + Height) must not exceed 150 cm.
• Additional baggage is not allowed.

Essential travel conditions

• 1 ticket or e-ticket per passenger booked for the selected dates and times.
• No right of withdrawal for transport tickets.
• In case of no-show, the outbound and return ticket may be lost.
• Schedules may be modified or canceled in case of adverse weather conditions or exceptional circumstances.
