Do you travel regularly on our international route and want to enjoy the benefits of your loyalty? For only €25 per year, become an FRS EXPRESS + member. Your loyalty will be rewarded.

  • Loyalty programme: 5 tickets purchased and travelled on the international route = 1 free ticket on the same international route
  • Change your date free of charge before your scheduled departure.

Conditions for awarding FIDELITE tickets to holders of a valid FRS EXPRESS + card or Guad'Iles card.

For the international route between Guadeloupe / Dominica / Martinique / Saint Lucia, the FIDELITE ticket will only be issued after:

  • payment of the applicable taxes in the amount of €35.
  • presentation and submission of 5 legible return ticket stubs less than 2 years old in the name of the FRS EXPRESS + cardholder.
  • Only ZEN / FLEX and BTB ticket stubs are accepted.
  • Special case for TOUPITI tickets: 6 stubs are required to obtain the FIDELITE ticket.

 

For the domestic route between Marie-Galante and Guadeloupe, the loyalty offer is reserved for residents of Marie-Gualante who hold a valid Guad'Iles card.

  • Payment of applicable taxes in the amount of €8.80
  • Presentation and submission of 5 legible return ticket stubs less than 2 years old.
  • Only ZEN / FLEX / BTB and RESIDENT stubs are accepted.
  • Special case for TOUPITI tickets: 6 tickets are required to obtain the FIDELITY ticket.
  • At least 2 tickets must be in the name of the holder of a valid Guad'Iles card.
