Your Pointe-à-Pitre ↔ Marie-Galante Tickets Are Now E-Tickets
Tickets between Pointe-à-Pitre and Marie-Galante purchased online since November 26th are e-tickets.
Please download your personalized e-tickets (one per passenger) or print them on A4 paper and present them directly at the boarding gate. It is no longer necessary to print your boarding pass.
Please note that Marie-Galante residents must visit an agency with their personalized Guad'Iles card and proof of identity to have their subsidy deducted and their e-ticket validated.

Good news from FRS EXPRESS des Îles! You can now change your tickets online before departure at no extra cost.
Which tickets can be modified online?
• All e-Tickets for Pointe-à-Pitre <> Marie-Galante and Pointe-à-Pitre <> Terre-de-Haut booked online, through the call centre or at travel agencies.
• E-tickets for companies and works councils for Pointe-à-Pitre <> Marie-Galante and Pointe-à-Pitre <> Terre-de-Haut.
• RES+ e-tickets for Marie-Galante residents on the Pointe-à-Pitre << Marie-Galante route.
Your 7-digit file number is indicated in the travel memo and on your e-ticket. These documents have been sent to the e-mail address you provided when you made your booking. If you have not received them, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

You can also modify your e-Tickets at the FRS Express des Îles ticket office, upon presentation of proof of identity and in exchange for a modification fee.
3. A new e-ticket will then be generated and sent to you by email.
Please note: once you have changed your e-ticket online or at an agency, the original e-ticket will be cancelled. You must then download your new e-ticket to your phone or print it out in order to travel.
